By downloading, installing, or using the minico application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. Description of Service

minico is an on-device AI assistant application that runs a large language model (LLM) entirely on your iPhone. The App provides AI-powered conversational assistance, tool integrations (web search, calendar, task management), voice input, and an Apple Watch companion experience. All AI processing occurs locally on your device.

3. On-Device Processing

The core AI functionality of minico operates entirely on your device. Your conversations with the AI are processed locally and are not transmitted to external servers. However, certain optional features (such as web search, calendar sync, and task management) may communicate with third-party services as described in our Privacy Statement.

4. Third-Party Integrations

The App may integrate with the following third-party services at your discretion:

• Web Search: Brave Search API for retrieving current information from the internet
• Google Calendar: For reading and creating calendar events
• Microsoft To Do: For reading and managing tasks

Use of these integrations is optional and subject to the respective third-party terms of service. You are responsible for managing your API keys and authentication credentials.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate content that promotes violence, illegal activities, or harm to others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI model
• Use the App for any purpose that could harm minors
• Circumvent any safety measures built into the App

6. AI-Generated Content

The App utilizes on-device artificial intelligence to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses are provided for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as professional advice
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
• You are responsible for verifying any information provided by the AI

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by minico and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, minico shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues resulting from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the App or posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
